BIGWAVE GAMES (“BIGWAVE” or „BIG WAVE”) develops and publishes game titles and applications for mobile devices (each game and app title, “Title”).

We collect information in either of 2 ways:

Directly – from your device through the Titles. For this purpose, we engage with analytics partners that collect the information on our behalf.

Indirectly– through our advertising and analytics partners. We collect information as described in this privacy policy for BIGWAVE own purposes, as a data controller under data protection law where relevant.

SCOPE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

• Advertising ID – Apple Identifier for Advertisers on Apple and Google Advertising Identity, or other unique identifiers that advertisers use for personalized advertising. They are consistent across all mobile applications and thus allow cross-app tracking.
• Data relating to the location of your device. Usage Data does not identify you personally, it simply enables us to compile statistics about our users and their use of the Services.
• Tracking and Cookies Data We are also likely to use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Services and hold certain information. Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Services. We also use these companies to automatically collect data from you, provided you gave your consent, when you use our apps in order to help us identify the advertising that are served to you and what you do after seeing those advertising. In addition, we share data with providers of analytic services which we use to analyze your use of our apps.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our products respect the privacy of children. We don’t collect personal Information from children with our mobile applications.

Our apps for children’s do not show Interest-based Advertising.

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Our website and mobile applications comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act („COPPA”).

If a user identifies himself/herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support request or feedback, we will not collect, store, or use and will delete securely any personal information of such a user.

We take care of filtering categories of sensitive and unsuitable ads for children. But rarely can an advertiser misclassify your ads, and this situation is beyond our reach.
